General Terms & Conditions

All courses offered by DRY CREEK ENTERPRISES PTY LTD trading as Lurnn are delivered online via an on-demand format. As such, there are no scheduled classes subject to cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling.

Once enrolled, students receive immediate access to the course materials and associated trainer support for the defined access period. This access is not dependent on minimum enrolment numbers or fixed delivery dates.

In the event the organisation ceases trading and a course cannot be delivered, paid students will be offered a full refund of prepaid fees.

All information published by Lurnn is correct at the time of publication and is subject to change. While every effort is made to ensure content accuracy and trainer availability, Lurnn reserves the right to update course content, materials, or personnel as required to maintain relevance and quality.

Code of Ethics

Lurnn expect all students to behave honestly and with integrity – the same standards we expect of ourselves! For the period of their enrolment in our course / registration at our learning events, all students and participants will:

  • Maintain constructive relationships with staff, presenters, lecturers and peers;
  • Maintain a professional outlook and commitment to learning;
  • Avoid use of inappropriate language and behaviour in communication with staff presenters, lecturers and peers, whether in person or online;
  • Maintain high standards of academic integrity and honesty, avoiding any and all attempts to cheat, plagiarise, copy or submit work that is not your own;
  • Avoid at all times acts of bullying, harassment or intimidation that at any time interfere with the learning experience of a peer or create an environment that is hostile or offensive to staff, presenters, lecturers or peers.

Failure to comply with the Lurnn code of ethics may result in the suspension or cancellation of your enrolment or registration.

Cancellations and Refunds

Students who enrol in our courses are provided immediate access to all course materials, resources and assessments. Access to these materials is granted for the full enrolment period (see individual course page for this period). As such enrolments cannot be refunded. Lurnn will consult with those students facing extenuating circumstances to defer their enrolments where possible.

Suspension and Cancellation

Lurnn has the right to suspend or cancel your enrolment in our courses or registration in our learning programs, due to:

  • Failure to comply with our code of ethics
  • Academic misconduct
  • Failure to pay course fees
  • Unsatisfactory course progress
  • General misbehaviour

If we suspend or cancel your enrolment or registration, you will be informed in writing and your course enrolment fees will be forfeited.

Payment Plans

If you choose to pay for your course via a payment plan, your card details will be securely stored with our payment provider, Stripe. Lurnn does not store any payment information on our servers.

Payments will be automatically processed using the card on file. If a payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess it up to six times over a two-week period.

If your payment fails three times, your enrolment will be suspended, and your access to course materials and assessments will be removed until a successful payment is made.

You will receive an email notification after each failed payment, providing a link to update your card details and restore access 24/7 without delay.

Language and Literacy - Nationally Accredited Training

All course delivery, assessment and instructions are provided in English. Prior to acknowledgement of enrolment you will complete a Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) Assessment, which will allow you to identify any LLN issues you may have in the context of your training. There may be the opportunity to provide students with reasonable adjustment to the regular learning process, depending on the support required. Students are encouraged to identify learning needs at this time prior to formal enrolment, or at any time during the course, to allow Lurnn to assess whether a reasonable adjustment to the regular learning process can be made, in support of student needs. Examples of support include adjustment or modification to learning and assessment tasks to accommodate cultural requirements or a disability.
