Residential Sales - Christmas Special!

Five points. One day. Back to Pagoda.

This year, your elective CPD looks a little different. With no mandatory requirement to chase, you can walk into the Pagoda Resort & Spa, get your 5 CPD points, and walk out knowing you're sorted for the year.

Join us at the Pagoda Resort & Spa for a fun Christmas session! Built exclusively for Residential Sales Reps and Licensed Agents, with sessions that actually matter to the work you do every day.

What's on:

• Deep Dive into the Latest on AML Reforms. We all know what we have to do (at least we hope we do!) But how are these changes impacting our business and our jobs. And what are our fears? This session uses real life scenarios with a direct, practical look at the changes, allowing plenty of time for questions and discussion.

• The Psychology Behind Conflict (and how to manage it). Conflict in real estate isn't just a communication problem — it's a human one. This session explores why disputes escalate, what's really driving the behaviour on both sides, and the psychological tools that help you navigate even the most charged interactions.

• Building Inspections (what is structural and what is just maintenance)?  Knowing the difference and being able to confidently educate our clients is a critical skill. We will look at case studies and scenarios with annexures, contracts and standards to ensure true understanding of this prickly issue.

• Everyone's Talking About AI. And for good reason. This session cuts through the hype with a grounded look at what AI actually means for real estate professionals right now — the tools worth using, the risks worth knowing, and how to stay ahead rather than get left behind.
